  Hi, I did not get my free $10 credited automatically after registration, account and credit card too, so I went to live support to see whats going on and they told me that my account was not tracked properly. I used this link: http://www.cityclubcasino.com/lp/special/joshac/10free/ and downloaded from that big red "Click here" button. Live support first told me that I should contact advertiser about this and also to email their support. I did both of those things. What should I do or what is left to do here? Thanks.

  Hi KillJill, I got a response back from City Club and they told me your account was not links the LCB so you can not get the exclusive no deposit bonus, just a note to everyone that you need to have clicked a link from LCB and then registered.

  I have done that, used link on this page. Check the link I gave at previous post here, that was the page from which I downloaded client installer. No antibanner or popupblocker was turned on.

  BTW, this is the 3rd time i get screwed up like this on new Playtech based casinos. Why William Hill owned casinos track me correctly? Why most of the Playtech casinos don`t have problems tracking my accounts. Only Playtech sites that pulled out this not tracked thing were Casino Del Rio, Cameo casino and Casino Plex. I got payed by Casino Plex and their CS didnt forgot to make me know that this was special treat just for me and that it was not part of promotion. I was also told by City Club reps that this was not a no deposit offer but a 400% deposit offer with $10 extra on top of bonus. Which one is true offer? I did use correct link, I always check to see if the affiliate number or link is in my address bar before I click on anything. They just don`t want for some reason to give this bonus to me. William Hill at least gives you all the offers they promise and believe me I took all no deposit offers from their casinos and believe me this too, I made more than one deposit on William Hill owned casinos, no luck so far, something small, but at least they don`t falsify the reasons to refuse some offer. I can`t express how much I hate when support tries to pull that one out of their hats. Sorry for biggie but I have a thingie when casinos do these stunts, and not only casinos.

  Hi KillJill, its strange... are you using a Mac? or virtual machine? I know that doing that can cause issues...

  WinXP and were not using virtual machine, I do not create duplicate accounts. FF3 with all the updates, KIS8. I had issues with downloading some of the William Hill owned sites, downloading not tracking, and it turned out that cause was antibanner protection from KIS, their support even gave me special download link from which I was able to download installer even with antibanner turned on, and since then I have that part of KIS turned off, for several months now.

  Was very suprised to have trouble with this casino. I like the Playtech casinos in general .. but after testing them I mad a deposit for a strange magic" bonus with them.. bonus terms were unclear to me so I spent alot of time with Live support hopeing to clear things up.. Live support told me to try out Beachlife.. I went and did a few spins.. but as it is 10 euro a spin only a couple. Won on a few of the other slots but upon cash oout was told that they would keep all my winnings because I had played Beachlife and wasnt allowed to. Not fair play at all.. then was directed to a terms and conditions page with no reference to the bonus I was playing.. big missunderstanding? or are they cheaters?

  I have been requesting City Club to remove me from their mailing list for 2 months now. The e-mail link does not work and contacting them does not work either, they bombard my e-mail account with a up to 20 e-mails a week. I sent another request today after removing 10 e-mails ( in two days this time) and upon sending the request, they sent me another advert for the site.

  Worst casino I ever went in to play. They spam you fake promotions, like
  "Pick one of the three gifts, one is 200 free casino credits" And when you pick one of them, you always get a deposit offer instead, this, just to bring you to their casino. Is fake promotion legal I don't know, but where I live, it isn't legal at all. They also spammed me so much , I needed to tell them to stop, they didn't, I asked directly to playtech, they told me they would do so they stop. They stopped until today, when they came back spamming me...So,,,I never played a worst casino.

  This is the worst playtech casino from the world!
  criminals there.
  last year won 4000 euro,and make a withdraw of 2500 euro.
  a few days later,it was gone of my account! no withdraw to see.
  ask about it of course,and they say,you are not allowed to get this money,because you was playing on games that is not allowed with a bonus,
  I was playing Marvel games! I closed my account directly,hope that this bad casino closed very fast! don,t play there,they never pay out.

  i just recently open an account with city club casino and i didnt get any of the promotion theyre talking about.. i dont even care about the 11$ just the deposit bonus i want ... but even after i deposited i didnt get any deposit bonus. there is no online support to talk to... i dont know what else will go wrong with this online casino

  Opened an account to try the casino out.
  Contacted the support to get the bonus I have read about here in the forum, only to get answer from the support that there i non such bonus.
