  DO NOT PLALY HERE!!!!!! if you transfer money to play at there casino, they tell you the bonus will be credited in 2hrs. That doesn't happen. Then you contact them for the 300% match and they make up stuff, on how you don't get it, and how you only get 100% after you specifically ask them on live chat.."do I qualify for the 300% bonus?" they say one moment while I check your account and then, they come back and tell you how you do. So you go and make the deposit and tell them the money is in...and then they say how you will get the match bonus in 2hrs. Then you don't. I have been waiting well over 3hrs. for now what they tell me is only 100% match. Now I am left wondering if I will ever get that!

  casino Mate and casino UK is one of the same!
  casino UK is the old name,I ask at online support.
  so casino Aus get casino Mate and when you download it,you see casino UK!

  i got wit dragon777 the same bull.... when 5 depositing getting 300% = play with 20
  after i have asked ,all good, do i qualify, ,i made deposit after ok from them, and then say same ,after 3 hours, and at the end got nothing

  STAY AWAY STAY AWAY !!! This Casino is no good at all.I advise to think carefully before making a deposit. I got an email from them-in truth had forgotten that I had registered with them. I contacted their support-very helpful and they gave me my account details etc. Influenced by the seemingly high regard for them in reviews I deposited and slightly increased my balance. I was then suddenly logged off and couldnt log on again. I contacted their support and the following is a copied and pasted word for word discussion.I have only removed my name and personal details. everything else is the same:

  We check the bonuses on a regular basis and I can assure you the bonus was there at the last checkup - they have obviously removed it since. As for the bonuses Amanda stated in your chat, they're not entirely correct either; the Casino Mate website states 100% up to 150 credits. 25% up to 200 credits and 50% up to 150 credits, so these are the correct bonus amounts. Our link leads to the casino's landing page, which no longer features the freeplay bonus, which also means they've changed it in recent times.

  Btw, in their Loyalty program section they still have the 30 free spins and free play tabs, but they lead back to the standard bonus page. This means they've removed the promotions recently and still haven't erased all the traces of them.
