  Captain Jack Casino would not give a $50 No Deposit Bonus. They asked for a deposit and when I said no, I signed up to first play the no deposit bonus they refused to offer any.

  dont trust this casino - their terms are all over the place. they told me in chat that captainjack1, onetime200, captainjack100 are all cashable, but their terms and conditions state they are not - paragraph 5

  This casino didn't pay at all. I didn't get a single bonus, I had $150 bankroll and played only min bets. Here on most of the slots, the min bet is $.60 Only the 7th spin would pay anything if you set it at autospin. I found it odd, that the wagering on Real Video Slots was $.50 per $1.00 wagered. Usually you get even money on slots. Next, the coupon details in the cashier says that you can play carribean games, but the casino has none. This should be an indicator of how things are managed. I didn't win even at the table games, playing Texas Hold'em the best had I was dealt was Ace-Five, with numberous 10 high, 7 high 6 high suited hands. I think I won 4 out of 18 hands, and had to fold most of those because the starting hand quality was so poor. I should've went back to Luckyslots, and just waited out my pending withdrawal, so I could go and redeposit. Video poker was really poor, I must've played about 15 hands, and was dealt a pair of Jacks or better Once, and most of the hands I just had to hold a high card, since I wasn't getting any low pairs, either. You are better off just trying to cash out the free chip, my bankroll went from $150 to $0 in about 90 minutes. Like I said, I didn't trigger any bonuses.

  the comment i would like to make is that when i first requested my withdraw they said i had to have a bank account. when i told them i didnt have one and was there any other way to receive my winnings they said it would be western union or money gram and i didnt have a choice which one. then when i talked to them again they said it had to be a bank transfer because they couldnt do western union or money gram and again i didnt have a choice. again i told them i dont have a bank account then i was told it had to be a check. ok fine . i said would it be a cashiers check .they said a regular check. whatever that means.i belong to other casinos that are out of this country and when they sent my winnings by check it was a cashiers check or international check and there was no problem,and the one was money gram with no problem. the point im trying to make is who cant do a money gram or western union? and why a regular check?

  Do not deposit money into Captain Jacks Casino or ones connected to, unless you plan on waiting months to recieve a withdrawl! Have 2 approved withdawls and have yet to get either, been over 2 months! Keep getting run around and nobody seems to know anything. They told me they are approved and I just have to wait a little longer. How long I wonder... forever? Was told all there withdrawl options take the same amout of time.

  Captain Jacks Casino sent a Bogus check Beware! Finally recived check by UPS. Tried to cash it at two banks and was told it was fraudulant and couldnt to verified therfore couldnt be cashed! Check looks very fishy only bank name and a phone number that is not listed., no address, when bank called said there was a $10 fee to verify so bank said that means it is unexceptable and concidered a fraudulant check, Not sure what to do but very pissed considering they made me wait so long to get it.!

  Captain Jack is part of the Virtual group. Although it's still on the black list of casinos to avoid, I did get some great bonuses there and managed to win quite a bit. Unlike my experience over a year ago with the Virtual group being slow pay, they actually paid me in a few weeks instead of two months. Eventually I was restricted from taking the no restriction bonuses and had to move on, but I would go there again if I were able to get those bonuses. Also I never had a problem any of their 10 checks.
