  The fact that I play slots 95% of the time holds more weight in terms of the payout percentage that I experienced at Bet Phoenix. Compared to other RTG sites, Bet Phoenix slots are extremely tight - to the point where its obvious that the player is being cheated. Nice try on PR damage control, but the payout numbers I experienced are a fact, not fiction. And after 1400+ max bet slot machine spins and having payout percentages in the 30's% is a total outrage. Instead of trying to "CYA" here, I would be on the phone with your RTG rep and question them as to why these machines on your site are paying out so low, and so tight - because based on my experience ($1000+, NOT including bonuses) and not hitting anything significant on the slots is obvious that there's a huge problem that needs to be addressed. Sorry friend, there is a serious issue with your slot games and if I were you, I would talk to your software rep ASAP.

  Every casino in the world will have players who lose $1k or even $10k with a 30% RTP. It happens. Especially when, as you stated, you 'max bet slots spins'. This increases variance (i.e. the higher the % of your bankroll that you bet per spin, the more variance you will experience). And as long as it is random, variance will happen. Otherwise, there is no way for players to win. If someone wins and gets a 500% RTP, there have to be players that receive less then the average RTP. That is why it is an 'average', not a guaranteed RTP. If casinos could guarantee the RTP of each session, it wouldn't be gambling, it wouldn't be random.

Ive made a few deposits maybe 3 or 4 with bonuses and even if I hit what I call a decent bonus it goes totally dead and takes me down to zero. I dont expect to make a withdrawal but god this site could let me play. Now there is one thing I will say on a positive note. Omar in customer service in the past has been helpful to me and seems to be a great guy.

I have to say that you get far more playtime at Bet Phoenix and a BIG difference in other RTG's you can deposit as little as $10 at Bet Phoenix.   From what I've experienced, Bet Phoenix matches up to my 2 other favorite RTG's. Support seems to be friendly, games are standard RTG games..the best, and with Nicholas being the rep, I'm sure to deposit soon.   There's a jury still behind closed doors in my head about BetPhoenix. I think at this point they are still hung 50/50.
  Depositing was very easy, and $10 is extremely reasonable.
  Help and support was quick on site and seemed good, but half the time they gave me bad information.
  Contacting my casino rep was easy, and usually productive, but then was frustrating but probably my case was confusing at least AND weekends can't always be the best time to make contact. It was just my luck.
  Free chips are very nice, but the terms are not always clear.
  I saw other forum members have great experiences and horrible ones, so BP may need to work on more consistentency and clearer descriptions of conditions.
  There are casinos that have been much worse and casinos that have been much better, in comparison. Yep, a hung jury, so they are going to have to get a retrial and I hope the defense presents a much more clear and consistent case, because I really thought BetPhoenix was going to be way up there on my very short list of places to play.

  Bonuses: they have the most generous bonuses I've ever seen, 600%, 700%. Of course, it comes with a max cash out condition, but it is understandable. If you look for entertainment, playing time and have a chance to win some big bucks, these bonuses are definitely for you.
  
  Payout Percentage: I do not know their payout percentage, but I know one thing that I cashed out 4 times just last month alone. Four small withdrawals of $100 from a free chip, $300, $300 and another pending $250 from deposits. So, I guess the casino payout percentage must be high.
  
  Time of cash out: it takes 3-5 business days, not super fast, but fair enough. They also have Money Gram or Western Union withdrawal option, that's the plus and they just have usemywallet as a withdrawal option and we dont have to pay for the fee by choosing this option.
  
  Customer Support: we have the benefit of having Nicolas here working as betphoenix casino rep, questions/issues can go to him or by contact their live support directly. Customer support is fast, friendly and helpful. The manager, Dean, is easy to get in touch with, easy to talk to and he'll resolve any issue you might have.
  
  I like casinos that treat their loyalty customers as first priority and betphoenix showed that. I remembered of that one week, I lost 3 deposits in a row, they took care of me by putting $50 free chip in my account without being asked.
  
  comp points: the only thing I dont like about is their comp pts, we get 1 comp pt for every $10 wagered at other casinos, but not with betphoenix, we have to wager $100 to get ony 1 comp pt.
  
  I'll definitely deposit with betphoenix again.

  I think it is good news in the RTG casino, bonuses are very high, even though the max cash out often set to 15X greatly reduces the possibility of big wins. My first experience of withdrawal has not been easy, I had several problems but finally everything was settled. During this time keep playing, I hope that the improvements are continuing and may soon reach the level of other casinos like the Titan, which for me now is the best RTG with another that has the name of Casino Extreme.

  I've made a couple deposits at this casino. The games are fun and there are huge bonuses so it would be a good casino to play at if you're looking for play time for your money. I've had some issues with a withdrawal though. I made a deposit and had an insurance chip. I made play through on the insurance chip and have had to jump through hoops to receive my payout. They've reversed my withdrawal 3-4 times and asked me to submit withdrawals through other methods. I've even had customer service make a couple attempts at submitting my withdrawal but they did it incorrectly. I'm holding out my final thoughts on this casino until it gets sorted out. :)

  i would like to say that they have something very very wrong with their
  "calculator". i played the lcb3500 and did very very well. hit the jackpot on santa's revenge. at several times before that had my balance up in the thousands then up over twenty thousand, played back down to around 8000 when i inquired about my playthrough. i was told that i had only wagered just over 1600. i complained and explained everything about the winning and my balance and asked if they could ck again. he came back and told me that he would have his manager get a hold of me later that night. no one ever did. i sent an email complaining and no one ever got back to me. i couldnt believe how i was completely blown off and after having such a good experience with winning and all..i was so happy i was actually gonna win something...i know my playthrough was over $40,000 and the requirements were something like 54,000. i still have not heard a word from them, while waiting i managed to lose every penny never hitting one single good thing again, 8,000 zoom gone. makes a person wonder if there is some sort of switch they throw just before u are actually gonna win. i am absolutely beside myself at the lack of concern or correspondence with me regarding the matter and even more flabbergasted that they could actually say i had only wagered 1600.

  Comments: I love this new casino. They are very fair and offer good bonuses with fair playthrough. Their Second Chance Chips are great and make me keep coming back. I still think they have to work on getting their vip player levels worked on and improve a little there, but overall i give them 4/5 stars and would recommend them to anyone who likes to play RTG as being one of the new kids on the block that will be here to stay so feel free to play there and enjoy.

  I have deposited many, many times at Bet Phoenix. Deposits go through fast and with no problems. The bonuses are fantastic but I have not found my niche at this casino and have never cashed out. I'm not saying they are tight because others have cashed out here....just not me. I know that I have had several experiences where the slots start spinning weird and the random jackpot is going up like crazy and then it resets back to a lower number and starts the whole process over again.   Waynemasters...as far as your dissapointment and doubt about the 97% payout...$ $1,000 is NOT enough of a sampling to accurately test the casino's claim...it takes 10's of thousand if not 100's of thousands of spins to accurately determine a payout percentage.
  Have you ever played and in your first 10 or 20 spins hit a nice payout? or maybe you have forgotten those sessions.
  
  I am not sticking up for the casino, probabilities ans statistics dictate that for the most part...you, me, anybody...are going to have many more negative than positive gaming sessions.
