  contacted the customer care via chat ,and they said that maybe i missed something because the installation has no lcdb signature and i

  All Star Slots is a HORRIBLE CASINO!! I was so excited when I received my free bonus chip and I loved playing the games too! I had luck and met all play through requirments and still had $700 left over. I tried to cash out the max which was $250, and sent in all of my docs. I waited patiently for my money to be put in my quicktender account with the intentions of depositing money back to the casino. I wanted to see if they would pay me first since I will NOT ever deposit real money to an online casino unless I 1) know that they are reputable, or 2) that they will pay me if I win.
  Needless to say they took all of the money out of my account and made excuses saying I played video poker(although BEFORE I played video poker I had met the play through requirements on the slots first! So I did not think it mattered at that point if I played video poker since I could only cash out $250 of the $700 I had won on slots anyway!!)So bottom line do not waste your time on this one! Yet another scam casino! I am so disappointed!!

On 9/7 the jackpot amount was added to my account, I spent 1700 of it and requested a withdrawl for the balance. Normally, All Star processes withdrawl request within 3 days, but in this case, its still pending after 7 days. They say they are waiting on RTG, what does that mean ?? This casino is the best I played on-line till this incident occured...

  Yesterday I registered on this casino and got 50$ free. After playing a lot I got 550$ available for withdraw. I put 450$ for withdraw and 100$ lose on games. next day I received email saying that withdraw was declined and they took all 450$. Right now I have 0$ in my balance and 0$ withdrawn.
