  I have tried to get an honest answer of when my payout request would be issued, and nobody from management nor the accounting department will contact me with that information. I requested $1,000.00 over two months ago and all I am told by the online agent, Is "Rest Assured someone will be contacting you to make this payout.!" Or another one is, " You will be paid immediately." Or they will tell you they are going to put a high priority on the request. Anything to make you happy for the moment! AND I AM GETTING ANGRY.
  DON"T FEEL THE SISTER CASINOS ARE ANY BETTER , SAVE YOUR MONEY$$$$$

  Sheeba this site and the sister sites are awful. Before LCB put up the warning i had no idea they were condsidered rogue. I made several deposits here and requested a cashout after i won $900 and like you i was given the complete run around by support. This was one casino that i fought them to the death to get paid and finally after three ridiculous months they coughed up $500. The reason i didn't get the rest was because i reversered $400 of it. Don't you know that is exactly what they wanted me to do. They are crooks and will think up every reason not to pay you and promise you that it is in the process of being approved and sent for weeks on end. I learned my lesson and won't make a deposit here or any of the sister sites again.

  I've been waiting for a withdrawal of $259.01 since July 2011. I've gotten every excuse on earth starting with they didn't receive my docs, new payout system being implemented, $$ bing sent right away, it takes time to process withdrawals, and all the above reasons from HighHeelSneakers, sheeba, forecarr and gramms52. It's such a small win, but no payout. I've written emails to the "manager", spoken to Live Chat at least 50 times. They now keep advising me to reenter my banking info for a bank wire. I've done that now for about 5-6 times. Everytime I enter it it disappears and my $259.01 shows up as a withdrawal amoun againt. Live chat cuts you off and the"managfer" never contacts you. I've reported them to Casinomeister and now here. I've won in several casinos and my $$ showed up in 7-10 business days, sometimes less. I have everthing documented. Again today I reentered my withdrawal information. I won't give upl This is insane. I don't know how Live Chat personnel can work there and know this goes on. Guess they don't have any scrupples. Anything ANYONE can offer as help is appreciated. Thanks.

  Just want to update you and let you know that 99 Slot Machines has still not made good on my win. I've again had to enter my banking info and an email from them told me I would be contacted by their manager who they say is Jack Wells. Guess what no email. 99 Slots and their sister sites have all been blacklisted on several sites and yet they still go on - how is that? At what email address do I send my username to you to write to them. Maybe you will have the magic touch. Thank you.
