    My friend told me they still didnt do anything in her case.After 6 weeks time they couldnt find out what could be the problem,and finance dep.just dont care about it.I would stay away from this casino. They deserve the yellow warning sign in my opinion.NO PAY!!!!

    Have a problem with 21 grand casino withdrawal.
    I was asked to send my id and utility bill to finance department. I did and there problems started. The problem is they can't open these pics.Then I send it in jpg, bmp, png, gif, pdf, doc formats. They told me the same story . I even uploaded these docs to website but they can't see it as well. It's the lie. I sent this documents to my friends, everybody could see but they don't. I can't give a public link here for security reasons but i would do to somebody who could help me with this situation. So you could see everything is fine. I'm sure they just saying that they can't see it because they don't want to pay.

    So what i should do next? Any ideas?

    I have played in more than a few Rival casinos, and this one still is highly rated in my books. They have been kind of slow in a few occasions, but I always got my money in the end, with just a few more days of waiting. I always get nervous when I have to answer the same questions again and again, but hey, if I get the money in the end, who cares.
    The main reason to get to this casino was a nice No Deposit Bonus, a good LCB exclusive. Got in touch with the support, and I received the bonus without any problem.
    There is a relatively high WR (a 70x bonus) and the max cashout us only $60, but I have managed to get some cash, and can't say that I am not satisfied. Most of the times, I was playing slots, and had some nice games, and all in all, had more than a few wins.
    Overall, this casino quickly became on of my favorites, and I always come back to play some more.

    As i played on a lot of Rival casinos i played on this one also , i mainly play on those casinos because they have or had in this case no deposit bonuses . I played this casino some time ago with that bonus i got , i dont usually have big hopes to win some money from those bonuses but i remember this casino made me have some but in the end it was nothing , i can say that support was ok . I always download casino software so i cant say how their platform is working on a browser , all in all its usuall Rival casino , it dont have bad sides but also nothing to rave about :)
