Back Update: WMS Gaming Gets Nod from Nevada Gaming Control Board

This week, WMS Gaming received a recommendation from the Nevada State Gaming Control Board for its application to operate as an interactive gaming system manufacturer and as a service provider in the State under a business-to-business licence.

It will now be directed to the Nevada Gaming Commission for the final decision on approval.

Also this week, the body recommended casino operator American Casino and Entertainment Properties as an interactive gaming operator. The company announced the launch of a free-to-play poker site this year as a marketing tool and added that it will offer real-money play as soon as it receives regulatory approval.
