Update: Delay for Compensation Judgment In Case Between 32red and Will Hill

Judgment to be presented in written summary by the end of February

The two-year trademark infringement case initiated by 32Red Plc against William Hill will have to wait for a finale for a while longer. Namely, even though 32Red Plc requested from the High Court to pass a decision on the award of legal costs, loss and damages immediately, the judgment will be handed down in a written summary by the end of February.

This is not the only request made by 32Red in this case – the company is also asking for repayment of its significant legal costs and an inquiry to assess the extent of damages or profits caused by the infringement.
