On April 12, the High Court passed a judgment in a case of 32Red’s trade mark action against members of the William Hill Group, confirming the award of GBP 150 000 in damages to 32Red.
Reportedly, the damages inquiry ran for six-days before the court passed its judgment, and yet another hearing will deal with the recovery of 32Red's significant legal costs, previously expensed.
