A change in ownership at 888 has enormous potential for change - for better or worse - and is something I would watch over with keen interest. At present this group has some of the worst policies with regards respecting their customers, and yet they still manage to be one of the biggest players on the market - I guess their advertising must be largely responsible. If a new owner were to take the reigns and instill an improved customer relations policy, the brand could easily grow to another level - especially with so many other brands exiting the UK market at the moment. Take note please 888/Cassava/Permira!!
