Two months since Bet7days.com, PartyPoker and Tobet.com were included on the Bulgarian Gambling Commission’s blacklist, they have complied with regulations and have been removed from the list.
Bulgaria added 28 additional websites to its blacklist of 20 a couple of months ago due to proper regulations not being implemented and enforced.
Additional confusion regarding the Bulgarian procedure left operators wondering. William Hill was among the confused and claimed that the company was not blacklisted, in fact it had restricted Bulgarian players from its games.
Questions surrounding the blacklist had swirled and there was the idea that maybe the list was copied from those in other countries or botched in some way. Nothing to this effect has been proven.
Ognemir Mitev replaced Ivan Enicherov as head of the commission earlier this month.
