After a drawn out negotiation process, Caesars Interactive Entertainment's social gaming subsidiary Playtika will acquire social games developer Pacific Interactive, the company responsible for the House of Fun social gaming app.
Playtika was established in 2010 and was acquired by Caesars in June 2013. The company has hit a few milestones including the launch of its one-hundredth video slot plus social apps with a World Series of Poker theme.
