Playtech shareholders have approved its acquisition of CFD firm Plus500 at a general meeting on Wednesday.
Finalization of the deal is pending regulatory approvals, however the company is projecting completion by 30 September 2015.
The acquisition deal values Plus500 at GBP 459.6 million or GBP 4 per share, which is nearly half the GBP 862 million the company was valued at prior to the scrutiny of its anti-money laundering procedures by the UK's financial watchdog.

That deal was almost certain all ready but after the official aprovement from a Playtech shareholders it could be finalized now in the next month. Plus500 was in tough situation before that and I was wondering how the hell they could finance their non stop TV adverts if they are so bad. Mystery!?

My first thought was, why does Playtech want to acquire Plus500. I'm not the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but it didn't take long to come up with my own conclusion. Whether it's right........ It's just another place to gamble with your money and it is legal I went to Plus500 site and saw something that made me laugh....
