BetOcean, Chinese ATM company, and Atlas ATS, a New York exchange technology provider, are interested in entering the Bitcoin virtual currency market.
The two companies are trading under the name BitOcean Japan and intend to start a new Bitcoin exchange.
CoinDesk reported that BitOcean Japan has approached the court-appointed trustee of Mt Gox, Nobuaki Kobayashi with its plans to roll out its own exchange in August.
