New Ontario online casino PlayOLG.ca, featuring GTech software, has been live for a matter of days and has some kinks to work out such as geolocation issues, game glitches and complaints regarding the registration process.
According to the Toronto City News, there were complaints on forums and twitter from about the requirement for the information entered during registration to match exactly as it appears on their identification.
Some were denied access to the site despite being located in Ontario, there were problems with games loading and customers reported long waits for assistance.
A spokesman for operator Ontario Lotteries and Gaming Corporation said, “Demand for PlayOLG customer service is very high at this time, especially being the first weekend since Thursday’s launch. We appreciate everyone’s patience at this time… the PlayOLG registration and verification process is very robust.”

This is a lot of excitement from Ontario Lotteries and Gaming. You can buy lottery tickets and play at their new casino. I found it interesting that you have to be 18 to play their lottery, of course, but if you want to go into the casino you have to be 19. It all sounds great to me even if I can't play. You lucky dogs.
