The Pala Band of Mission Indians have rolled out a new product called JOINGO, which was created and powered by Pala Casino Spa & Resort, a mobile application for the iOS and Android users.
Features of the app include Loyalty Account Integration, Location-Based Services, Slot Finder, and interactive property information.
“We are pleased to partner with Pala Casino Spa & Resort, which represents our first agreement with a tribal casino in Southern California,” said JOINGO’s president Seamus McGill. “We are confident that our award-winning technology will help Pala achieve their marketing objectives of increasing guest visitation and reducing direct mail costs.”
Brian Turk, chief information officer for Pala, said, “By partnering with JOINGO, we’ve quickly launched a mobile app with state-of-the-art custom features. Using JOINGO’s mobile platform, we will engage with our players in ways that have never been possible before.”

This thing is something new in world. It's very important for all players. We can now use this aplication and will be easier than ever. Second thing is important too, but for marketing of Pala casino Spa and resort. This place will be intersting for several years i hope.
