Back New Jersey Relaxes Stance on Online-Gambling

Now that the issues with intrastate online gambling have been worked out, the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement has relaxed on its rules regarding the number of software platforms employed by an individual operator.

The restriction of 5 branded websites per licensed operator still remains in effect, but has changed the rule requiring all those skins to be on one platform. The new rule allows for a lot more flexibility in the market, so long as the platforms used meet with the strict requirements of the Division of Game Enforcement.
