Brand ownership changes at RTG-powered online casinos

The Real Time Gaming-powered internet casino operator Jackpot Capital.com, a property owned by the Cyprus-registered company Greavestrend Ltd since 2008, appears to be on the acquisition trail, with reports that it has taken over a number of RTG-powered brands.

The most recent of these appears to be Grande Vegas Casino, judging by communications to affiliate marketers this week.

In an email, the affiliate management at Grande Vegas advised that it had made a decision to sell the brand to a bigger, more powerful operator with an excellent reputation and high volumes, going on to identify the buyer as the Jackpot Capital group.

The email is fulsome in its praise of Jackpot Capital’s capabilities and the benefits these bring to affiliates. More importantly, it notes that the Jackpot Capital group has contractually committed to honour all outstanding affiliate payments.

Rumours currently going the rounds are that Jackpot Capital has also acquired the Lucky Cluband Slotastic brands, although this has yet to be confirmed.
