Marlon D. Goldstein has signed on with Amaya Gaming Group as its new executive vice-president, corporate development and general counsel as of January 24, 2014.
Before joining Amaya, Goldstein previously held the position of principal shareholder in the corporate and securities practice at Greenberg Traurig law firm and held the title of co-chair for the company’s Gaming Practice.
"We are extremely excited to add Marlon to our organization," said David Baazov, chief executive officer of Amaya. "With his strong background in gaming, governance, finance and M&A, Marlon has the experience and expertise to oversee our legal team and help us achieve our corporate objectives."
