Chinese and Hong Kong players no longer accepted
After UK online gambling group Ladbrokes made a surprising move which suggests that they are pulling out of China and Hong Kong, the appalled affiliates started looking for a reason why.
Their suspicion and speculation has reached another dimension since the company remained silent and provided no reason for the decision. The only info the affiliates received from Ladbrokes was the following message:
"Dear Affiliate,
We hope all is well.
Due to technical problems, as of tonight Ladbrokes has taken the decision to suspend our perations to Chinese and Hong Kong customers across all channels and products until further notice. This news is now highlighted on the Chinese and Hong Kong websites and the relevant players have been informed.
If you have any questions, then please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Kind Regards,
The Ladbrokes Affiliate Team"
Ladbrokes is yet to make a public statement, and it is still unknown whether Asian players have been similarly advised.
