Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings will once again collaborate with Konami Gaming to bring about latest gaming technology innovations into its world-class fleet. The two companies first collaborated in 2012, with Konami launching its SYNKROS system on two Norwegian fleet ships. Soon, this powerful system is to be used again on a total of 18 ships operated by Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
Konami's advanced system was chosen due to its reliability, integrated premium marketing program and the ability to offer a highly personalized experience to NCLH customers. With tools such as Money Klip(TM) cashless wagering, cage management and Advanced Incentive Bonusing(TM), the system was a fitting choice for the new features implementation. Jim Abbas, senior vice president of casino operations at NCLH considers this renewed partnership to be a step further at innovating and enriching the cruising experience, as an expression of the companies ongoing efforts towards embracing new technologies.
''As technology channels and consumer expectations continue to evolve, we've been able to successfully leverage the SYNKROS environment in order to deliver an integrated, individualized guest experience, '' commented Abbas. ''Through our systems partnership with Konami, we're bringing our customers the newest tools and features that exemplify the highly personalized experience they enjoy throughout that journey with us.''
On their part, Konami is looking forward the ongoing partnership and supporting Norway on the road to gambling innovations. The company officials are confident that the cooperation will enable them to continue in their position as a leading manufacturer of slot machines and casino management systems for the global gaming market.
