Back Inspired Enters U.S. Land-Based Market

With the use of William Hill’s CBS platform, Inspired has taken its first step toward establishing a name for itself among the U.S. land-based market. Its games will be features in two of Nevada’s casino sportsbooks, powered by William Hill.

This move has been made as a result a field trial which was approved by Nevada’s Gaming Control Board, and sees many of the supplier’s virtual sports titles integrated with the UK bookmaker’s CBS platform.

The two casinos offering its virtual racing product throughout the state include Plaza Hotel and Casino, and Silver Sevens Hotel & Casino.

According to CCO of digital games at Inspired, Steve Rogers, “I’m delighted to announce that Inspired is the first company in the world to deploy land-based virtual sports into the US market, specifically Nevada.”

Rogers further added, “This deal confirms Inspired as the world leader in virtual sports innovation and deployment, and our global partnership with William Hill goes from strength to strength. Our virtual horse racing product represents 18% of horse racing revenue in the UK and we are hopeful that we can repeat or even outperform that figure in the US.”

Along with the two Nevada casinos which are currently featuring the Inspired product, individuals can expect the virtual sports games to appear with live sports throughout land-based facilities. Additionally, customers will have the opportunity to place real-time bets by way of self-service terminals, or over the counter.

Pending the success of this recent move, Inspired plans to increase to the entirety of Nevada’s William Hill-operated land-based casino sportsbooks.
