Malta-based online gambling companies, iGame and Plus One Dreams, have decided to merge and will operate under the iGame brand going forward.
Both companies have signed a letter of intent which sees iGame take on the majority of the shares outstanding in Plus One Dreams to be final as of 15th May 2014.
Plus One Dreams CEO Rikard Ljungman says: "This is a dream merger for both parties. The two companies have known each other for many years and have a long lasting mutual respect and trust for each other. In addition, we complement each other extremely well in sector knowledge, market position and company values. We have the best possible foundation to complete a successful merger and continue on the growth path as a combined entity.
"Gaming and entertainment products can be offered to customers through a larger and more diversified product offering, resulting in expanded variety of games and deeper gaming experiences."
