After the alarming reports about a mid-October raid conducted by the Serbian police against the customer service and management of an online gambling operator GoWild, the company has issued a statement this week that it’s back on the track.
According to them, GoWild customer service has been re-established and functioning as usual. Even though the casino operations haven’t been ceased at all, their live chat support center has been offline for quite a while as a consequence of the raid.
Ever since it has started working again, the live chat support has been overwhelmed with customer inquiries, but the casino management claims that most of these tickets will be resolved in the next few days, and that the customer support will continue to work at a regular pace.
