The GameAccount Network (GAN) has entered into a partnership with a major US land based casino group, Isle of Capri Casinos.
GAN will provide the casinos within the group with its Simulated Gaming software system allowing casino goers to access over 200 online casino games such as Slots, Poker, Backgammon, Gin Rummy and Blackjack while on the property.
Isle of Capri is based in St. Louis, Missouri where it operates several casinos. Additional properties are located across various states including Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi and Pennsylvania.
GAN’s Simulated Gaming has also been demand with prior contract made with Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The free play online casino is expected to be live in the first half of 2016.
In a recent statement, GAN CEO Dermot Smurfit, said, “Our exclusive social casino partnership with Borgata is another step in expanding our Simulated Gaming offering in the United States. We’re privileged to bring Borgata, a leading and highly regarded US casino brand, online nationwide in the United States.
“We believe that our Simulated Gaming online experience will positively contribute to Borgata’s real money gaming experience both on-property and online in New Jersey and, in particular, provide an opportunity for delivering a compelling Simulated Gaming experience to the majority of their patrons who live outside of New Jersey.”

I will continue to believe that all this simulated gaming attached to these US, land casinos is just the start of what will inevitably become the online gambling sites at we all know and love. I think that they have to start somewhere and simulated gaming is just that, a starting point. Somewhere down the road, when legislation is enacted, these simulated games will become the real thing, with the flip of a switch. That is my guess.

This seems to be a win win situation which seems to be a loophole in the USA system of gambling laws because they are saying you can play the online slots while on the property of the land based casino .cool for all you USA player in the region.
