Malta and Gibraltar laws are very friendly about taxes, so that's why so many companies are held in there. The psysical address could be somwhere else or not to be at all, but the regitered company is paying the taxes only to gibraltar for exmaple, so it would avoid huge taxes like in USA. Wealth people knows how to bypass...

How many times do you hear about a fuel tank explosion that interfered with online gambling somewhere. If that happened in the US and interrupted online gambling here, you would certainly not hear about the gambling interruption on US TV's. There would be a lot of silent, but pissed off people waiting for it to come back...
