IGT subsidiary recommendations
It has been reported this week that the a proposal for election of four new board members has been submitted to Entraction Holdings' Board by International Game Technology's wholly-owned subsidiary and largest shareholder Eagle Ice AB.
The persons named in the recommendation are Robert C. Melendres, the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of IGT; Gideon Bierer, Executive Vice President of IGT; Craig Churchill, Senior Vice President of International Sales of IGT; and Peter Åström, CEO of Entraction since 2007.
