Back Crimea to Become Fifth Russian Gambling Zone?

Russian president Vladimir Putin has plans for the Crimea territory as he wants to see it become the fifth gambling zone in Russia.

The BBC reported that local law restricts casinos four specific areas in Russia. Currently, these areas are Azov City, a coastal area east of Crimea, Primorye, in the far east, Sibirskaya Moneta, in central Siberia, and Yantarnaya in Kaliningrad, by the Baltic Sea.
