The Bwin.Party Shares Trust, which serves for employee remuneration purposes, saw a big boost this week when another 350,000 shares were purchased with funds gifted from the company at the price of 109.51 pence per share.
Referring to the new boost, the company specified that the shares will not carry voting rights and that "Funds to carry out this purchase were gifted to the Trust by the company and these shares will be used to satisfy share awards made in accordance with the company’s remuneration policy."
