Aristocrat has taken on IBM veteran exec Maureen Sweeny as chief commercial officer to oversee Class III sales and global marketing, including the Americas, Australia and New Zealand, Asia Pacific and EMEA.
Sweeny will officially join the team as of September 22, 2014 after 30 years with IBM Corporation.
Aristocrat CEO Jamie Odell said, “Maureen’s first-class operational and commercial skills will help us deliver a step-change in our customer-facing functions, making sure our customers get maximum benefit from the outstanding Class III product portfolios we are now bringing to market.
“Maureen's appointment will deliver better consistency and focus on our front-end capability and improved service across our global Class III businesses."

Hi wscalley, as far as i know there is no any links between aristocrat and nextgen, and also i really did not see any similar things between this two software(as a fan of nextgen). But i am must agree that aristocrat games is old, but still awesome!

Aristocrat don't have a particularly large presence online right now as far as I can tell - thats a shame because there slots are often top quality. I've long suspected there must be some link between them and NextGen as many of there games seem to have almost identical interfaces, anybody know anything about that? Anyway,...

Anyway, I hope that this new exec will push to get their products into more of the newer multi platform casinos, sure that would be their best move as a business.
